What can mess with your signal?

  • Device:
    Not all devices support all types of network. A good place to start is ensure your phone or tablet is compatible with 3G, 4G or 5G.
  • Weather:
    Sometimes bad weather can bring you down. On occasion, this extends to our mobile networks too.
  • Location:
    In underground spots like carparks, or in elevators, signals can weaken.
  • Movement:
    When driving, your phone jumps between cell towers to stay connected. This can impact connectivity.
  • Geography:
    It'd be great if 4G or 5G was available throughout the country, but it may still be on its way to where you live.
