What can mess with your signal?
- Device:
Not all devices support all types of network. A good place to start is ensure your phone or tablet is compatible with 4G or 5G. - Weather:
Sometimes bad weather can bring you down. On occasion, this extends to our mobile networks too.
- Location:
In underground spots like carparks, or in elevators, signals can weaken. - Movement:
When driving, your phone jumps between cell towers to stay connected. This can impact connectivity. - Geography:
It'd be great if 4G and 5G was available throughout the country, but it may still be on its way to where you live.
