+ printed setup guide
Your Wi-Fi network name, password and QR code are on the back of your modem.
Scan the QR code to connect, or open Wi-Fi settings on your phone or laptop, select your network name and enter the password.
Note: It may take a few minutes after plugging in your modem for the network to appear and the LED to turn solid green.
Get more features by scanning the QR code in your box or by downloading the app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
To connect via Ethernet, use an extra Ethernet cable (not supplied). Plug one end into any modem ethernet port and the other into your device (e.g. PC, TV, game console).
If your property is especially large, you may have ordered an extra mesh unit to connect to your router.
Check out our mesh network setup guide for more info.
