Your local lines company is responsible for fixing electricity outages and faults.
The quickest way to find your lines company is in your app via the support tab, or through your online account.
Otherwise, scroll down to find your network, or for assistance with broadband outages.
Lines company unable to help?
If you have contacted your lines company about your electricity outage, and they were not able to help, the issue is related to your property rather than the lines network.
In this case call our faults team on 0800 THE KIWI (843 5494) and select option 0.
Internet down?
If your broadband isn’t currently working as expected, head over to our dedicated fibre outage page.
You’ll be able to check for any outages in your area, and run through some troubleshooting steps to get back up and running if needed.
